Embrujo Verdejo Organic

A gem from Elias Lopez, these vineyards are organically farmed and planted on ancient soils in the Tomelloso subregion of Castilla la Mancha. These vines are trained on trellis to allow adequete air flow and sunlight to develop prefectly ripened fruit.

Dry, restrained Spanish white, hay and fennel flavours rounded out by plums and pears, ending on a restrained wash of citrus.
